"I remember him telling of one particular lady he loved very deeply... And it wasn't no fake love, I mean, this guy really loved this girl ... We all hung out once. She was gorgeous, I mean this long soft hair, this infectious smile, she had everything, gorgeous body, all the physical ingridents a man loved. What I admired about this guy was, he never seem to care about any of it... He used to say "when you truly love a woman, those external things is what makes you notice her... But it's everything else that will make you wana keep her" He told me it was the obscure things he loved... The sound of her voice when she spoke, the way she always covered her mouth with her left hand when she laghed cuz she had a chipped tooth. The way she slept on her hands. I can truly say the way he loved her gave me different feelings on the way I saw love .. I didn't know it was so profound ..,I mean this was his best friend you know. I wanted that so much for myself and couldn't see that until I was exposed to someone that reflected me. It so important to see it in real life.. How else will we apply the idea to real life if we simply don't know it exist .. He showed me friendship and love is 2 of the same .. #chrisdread
