In the order of things I still think your wife becomes number 1 in your life and any good mother would understand that this is your life partner and not to get in between and to support her sons marriage and to love his wife.. And any good wife will accept his mom as her own and would never expect him to choose .. and any good man will honor both and know how to include them both, in family. "BUT, you black women that always attempt to belittle a man when he's very close to his mother, calls men mamas boy ect... check that at the door, because you don't know how many times she saved his life as a kid, you don't know what she's sacrificed, you don't know if she threw her body in between her son and his abusive father, took beatings for her child, you don't know if they spent nights starving together huddled up... Half the times you don't know shit! Especially loving a black man. He has a hard time referring to his darkness.. His mother knows though... And sometimes she's in the dark to.. Far to long theres been that tension between how we handle our mothers vs our lovers... y'all are gona stop that shit though .. cuz we work together .. Especially if your mom wasn't blessed with a lover of her own to take care of her and to be in the company of.. Never let no woman belittle that bond...
