Optimism is not just an attitude you acquire wile sitting down and things suddenly get better all on it's own .. Allow the optimism to generate a work ethic that is relentless, pushing you to do things you normally wouldn't do.. Calculated risk we take to accomplish everything without fear ..@chrisdread
